    So I downloaded 10.2 officially through rogers, and when it was done it worked great. But then when I go into a folder and then get out of it, the camera, search and phone icons at the bottom panel go missing! I tried restarting it, but every time I do the same thing happens...everything works perfectly until I go into a folder, then when I get out of it, the icons go missing. is anyone having this problem??

    Perform a hard reset of device once.

    Hold down both the Volume Up & Down keys.
    Keep holding them down, ignoring any onscreen messages, black & white BB splashscreens, or anything else.
    Release them once you see the blue startup icon.

    Fixed after that reset?

    Turn off parental controls if you have them turned on

    Parental controls did it for me. I have no idea why they turned on in the first place. Also, all my icons are out of folders after fixing that. Rats.

    Just turned off parental controls. Waited a few minutes. Turned it back on with recovery question and the icons are back. Just did it and it's working. If anything changes later I will let you all know.

    I remembered why I had it turned on, it was for that exact reason. I don't quite care about the two wallpaper thing, it's a blackberry. If I cared that much about wallpaper I'd use my laptop.

    I have this problem, glad there is a fix. Does the issue come back if you turn parental controls back on as I use this for the wallpaper workaround?

    I just tried turning them on and off and things are working again and the wallpaper fix still works.
