I have seen someone upload a screenshot of the 'Headphone Audio Boost' in the 'Main Volume' settings running 10.2.1.1055. It's nowhere to be seen in my settings. It just isn't there! Is this a known issue with this leak on the Q10. I haven't seen it documented. Thanks in advance.

I have it on my Q10 running that OS. Maybe it's not allowed in your country?

If that doesn't work, reload 10.2.0.1803 then don't security wipe, then load 10.2.1.1055 and don't security wipe, should stay

I just security wiped over my 10.2.1 and then reloaded it via the autoloader. Fixed my mms issues and the audio boost option

`Maybe a strange question but does it effect over which OS you load another one?

    Thanks.

Do not perform a security wipe after installing the OS. This solved it for me.

Right, thanks guys. I'll perform a backup on BlackBerry Link and re-load the OS again and see if that works first.

Hey guys, I haven't seen this myself, but I did read a post saying that it showed up after a few reboots and a couple of hours. If you just installed maybe this is the case. Again I have no idea, just reporting something I read.

Did you finish the set up of 1803 before loading 10.2.1? Fwiw, I finished the set up(did not sign into BlackBerry id) went in settings and switched audio boost on, then I loaded 1055 OS only autoloader (don't know if that matters) remember don't security wipe either times, then I just flashed the correct radio.

Yes, i finished the setup of 1803 and did not sign up to BB ID.
I just start the phone and after that i loaded the full 1055 including radio.
I did not do a security wipe, both times.

I havent checked if the audio boost option was on 1803.
Maybe i should do that and turn it on.

    Going to try it again..

    update
Went go back to 1803, there is no audio boost option for me

Hmm, this is proving to be a strange one. I haven't yet reloaded 1055, but might do what Toobs said and reboot the phone several times to see if it appears.

    I'm on Vodafone NL.
Yes. I tried it with and without an simcard.
With simcard i got a application update (7mb)
there was no audio boost option.
I installed the update, reboot my phone but also after the application update still no audio boost option.
