The sad part is that AOL may even have more active users than BB10.

The article is not gossip journalism. It's accurate, sad but true. It's these figures that ensure BB10 is dead regardless of how well the Priv does or doesn't sell.

It's true, yes, but it reads more like a drunken rant than an actual "news" article. Different story if it had more depth than throwing out what its target audience already knows, with a sprinkle of sly insults.

Brad Reed only writes bad crap about BlackBerry. Not worth even discussing how biased he is. If you do click the link scroll straight to comments and see how he is being trashed for his aweful piece of writing

if BB10 is the aol dial up what is an OS which can't handle multitasking, while for eg. listen to youtube in the backround and work on another thing in the same time, like Android?

    LOL.

You can do this on Android. It's been explained several times.

The official app is purposefully prevented from doing this. Look up "YouTube Red" to understand one reason why.

I do find it hilarious that listening to YouTube -- a video service -- in the background is the new litmus test of multitasking on CB.

Neutron Player, or Power Amp. But I agree, BB 10 needed more apps, advertising, and attention, and did not get it, so it has become the AOL of the operating systems. The constant whine of: "I can't get X Android App to run" or "Why doesn't Blackberry have X App as a native BB app?" gets sort of dull after a while. I hate to say it, but if BB is to survive they have to adapt.

    LOL.

I for one, have not had any trouble getting any app I was after to run..

the constant whine of "apps, apps, apps" got tired a long time ago.

my passport does what I want it to do, and does it very well.

apps are crap. this OS does it all.

So you did go after apps?

No, it doesn't do it all, a fact that BlackBerry itself acknowledges.

In the end, it does all that you need it to do, which is what really matters.

This article only mentions Blackberries market share in America, there's a whole world out here so you can't use the market share in just one country to condemn a whole company.

    Why BlackBerry? Because I can!
