Hum... isn't OS127 some sort of internal or dev OS?

Yes, I believe this was a test OS Z30 unit from BB at one time. I was hoping to wipe it clean and start from scratch however it reverts back to the 127OS. So I thought I would try to overwrite it. so far not having any luck at all

    Try an autoloader yet?
Also try unchecking the box "Only Install Newer Apps" in Sachesi.

Unchecking the box "Only Install Newer Apps" has worked. Now showing Software Release 10.3.1.145 and OS Version 10.3.1.2072, Radio 10.3.1.2073. However......the device is now password locked and will not allow me to enter the unlock code.I had originally entered in a device password thinking I needed to turn on development mode (past attempts) and never took off the password. When I attempt to enter the 4 digit easy code, the keypad appears but the numbers do not populate on the screen. The curser just continues to flash.

Do you have a blue LED when booting up?

No sir, I get the red led when booting. The keyboard pops and acknowledges when I type it but does not populate.

ok, so I continued to read. I was stumped so I downloaded and used Multiwipe 1.2 and it Worked like a charm. It then allowed me to use BBLink to install an OS which I found out was not the original internal BB127 OS. It installed 10.2.1.3062 so I think that its time to try Sachesi and the BlitzOS2072 once again. This is kinda fun, but not, but yes, but not.

My Final Post of the issue. SUCCESS. All loaded and good so far. I was a bit worried when I saw the Red-Blue-Green flashing LEDs but it all worked itself out by being patient.
Thank you to this site, the coders, developers, contributors and supporters.
BIG THUMBS UP. WOOHOO, I have 10.3.1.2072 loaded on my Z30
