Come on guys it'location services and stop. Turn it off and reboot. Seems an app because every app that calls location services will cause the problem and a lot of apps use that service. It's so simple turn location services off, install BlackBerry Virtual Expert and test the sensors : location services on test on BBVE fails, location services off test on BBVE pass... do not unistall anything... simply turn location service off until BlackBerry solves this.

Reboot with location services on, only fixed it for 5mins.
    Reboot without location services.
(ie turn off location services completely)
    Everything working so far... 10mins!

Come on BB, why are we doing all the investigating???

To add my 5 cents. I was not having issues that I know of. I was using. 1055 leak and tried to restore data. It bricked my Z10STL100-3 so I did a factory reset and upgrade to 10.2.0.1803 and 13mb update immediately. First noticed the problem after using newly purchased 360 Panorama app. First attempt to use appeared to work. 2nd attempt app reported there was issue with the gyro. It noted it wasn't the apps fault. (yeah?) anyway now Virtual Expert app sensors not supported by this phone. Will so battery pull and let it sit for awhile. Btw deleted 360 Panorama and issues persist

Turning location services off does not solve the problem for me.

Turning all data services off does, but I'd rather have no sensors than no data.

I think BB is learning an awful lot in a very short time here. Was there recent layoffs?

No time bomb, but if BlackBerry is having service issues it would make sense that we all are having the same problem at the same time.

Turning off location service worked except for videos.

I updated Gaget Box as well. But that was last week. Not sure if this is causing the problem.

I think if you look outside the box maybe there is some kind of virus that spread through the new bbm channel update. Because that's something we probably all downloaded.

I have two theories about this, the first is BBM channels update, so is there someone without the channels update having the issue?

The second is Whatsapp, me and other person, the only two that doesn't have Whatsapp installed are the only ones in our BB10 known group not having the issue, so is there someone without Whatsapp having the issue?

OK so here is a summary of everything I could find in the forums thus far: this is not my personal opinion but a mere compilation of the results/opinions of forum members.

It looks like the moment it auto update the time/timezone, it gets
broken again! As long as it can't communicate with the server, all
    is fine?
Edit: from the other posts it looks like the location service can play
    a role here.
Edit 2: from other posts in the forums, location service workaround
only last a few hours and thereafter the bug returns.
Edit 3: experiments with android runtimes (upgrading and
downgrading, as well as installing the runtime released in BB World
early November) did not provide a lasting cure for users, as seen
    in other threads.
Edit 4: everybody that got fed up and installed leak 10.2.1.1055 is
now without any issues or bugs.
Edit 5: there is no clear evidence that any app/game installed, or
removed aided the issue in any way. Users claimed it was the apps
from the 25 day free promotion, but several users did not install
any of these. Matter of fact, several users did not install any new
app for weeks but still experienced the issue.
Edit 6: members are suggesting a recent BBM update with
Channels is a common denominator that can cause these issues,
but there is no proof thus far.
Edit 7: the only consistent throughout is that it happened almost
globally on a specific date/time. Some forum users find it very
interesting that there were recent layoffs at BB and seem to think
this is actually a Time Bomb. This is NOT proven.

My Z10 with Telus is working perfect.

After reading the issues this morning I ran Max Mobile Security, it didn't find anything.

Did anyone with the problems try running the same to see if it could be a virus?

No what's app and NO bbm channels. Scratch that theory.

People with 10.2.1 are having the same issue. Downloading this leak doesn't fix the issue.
