They have just disappeared from Google Play Market from "installed" tab. Though, there's a lot of apps now which eventually stopped supporting my device, I will only miss Telegram and Slack very much...

Hmm, latest Telegram (4.5.1 build 1144) works fine on a Passport and is still in the Installed tab of Play Store over here.

Both Passport and Classic with Play Market build2 by Cobalt: Telegram, Slack and some other apps have disappeared from "installed" tab recently SIMULTANEOUSLY. If it would have happened on one device only, I would think it's a Play Market software problem...

And what about Slack, e.g.? Could you check whether it is possible for you to download it from Play Market?

Had the same issue on my Z 10. Deleted date cache of the play store via device manager. But it doesn't work for you on two different devices, strange. Telegram and Slack both available (able to download) for me.

I am not sure that it could be possible because of cache, PM tells me in pure human language: this application doesn't support your device...

Thanks. It is very strange. A bit later I'll try to change my regional settings in PM and try again...

Wow. It's a kind of magic. Removed ALL cobalt's files and made a fresh install on both phones. Only after that everything became beautiful again.

I don't know what it was. But, you must understand my panic: early in the morning I see that some important apps just don't support my device... cold sweat.

But, I didn't even thought about switching to anything else - instead I began to make a native BB10 telegram app.

After all, today I've had an opportunity to feel like a BB10 enthusiast on a judgement day when everything stopped. Hahaha.

Hi, linkedin is no longer working on BB10 and it is not available at Google play for the device. I have downloaded the apk from Google and it works fine. Went to Google play and it says now it is installed.

Maybe we don't have to give up yet.

Workarounds has been the theme with bb10 for a while now. But, if you don't mind, it still works decently.

The Android runtime on BB10 isn't 1:1 Android so it could stop working before then if a newer update breaks something again.

Nope. End of 2018, it’s going to be over.
From the Android Developers Blog, “Improving app security and performance on Google Play for years to come”:

In the second half of 2018, Play will require that new apps and app updates target a recent Android API level. This will be required for new apps in August 2018, and for updates to existing apps in November 2018. This is to ensure apps are built on the latest APIs optimized for security and performance.
August 2018: New apps required to target API level 26 (Android 8.0) or higher.
November 2018: Updates to existing apps required to target API level 26 or higher.

That only applies to Android's target level, not their minimum which the developer can still set as low as they want. I doubt that will change WhatsApp's plan as they're pretty good about supporting older platforms but we could see apps from other developers raise their minimum so they won't have to support as many devices.
