Can you load the update through Sachesi? I have done it that way and it works for me. Will it work for you where you are?

Update via sachesi. Bug fixed. Android apps are more smooth now, better performance. Radio is good, no drop calls any more. Battery is still a question, under trial.

OS 10.2.1.2141 is just rolling out now..

Carrier : Telkomsel
Device : Z30 STA100-2

Was on leak 10.2.1.2141 and got update 2MB. It's just update my camera with face detection (from OS 10.2.1.1259)..
*sigh* Have to sideload that older camera bar again..

My z10-3 received the update (39mb) 2 days ago now, version 10.2.1.2102. But my z10-1 is still waiting for the update. Both phones on same Telkomsel plan.

Yeah i have actually.. but i know that my mom haven't got her update.. she's using xl, so if you're using xl too. It could be xl ****ty *** service... but with xl having ****ty *** service, they still allow bbm voice, telkomsel doesn't..
So yeah i got my update, and I'm using telkomsel

Still no 10.2.1.2102 update for my z10 stl-1 on telkomsel. My z10 stl-3 got the update 14 days ago also on Telkomsel.

Here it is. I've never installed leaks. This morning I just went to settings and checked for software updates and it just popped up. 29 MB.

It is true.. my brother is on telkomsel too, and it is the same for him... it doesn't work! gay!!! But my sister in law on XL works just fine for her!

Just double checked for you both BBM voice and video and it works perfectly fine. To and from Telkomsel and to and from international carriers. Don't know what could be wrong.

So I checked with Telkomsel earlier today... The service is actually blocked by them, so i dont know...
