You're not supposed to get it this month
There was never any indication it was this month.
We've said months ago that internal leak said February
However, everyone chose to listen to the "know-it-alls" who said it was December, now January

Yeah ive got the 10.3.1 leak on my spare Z30 but unfortunately for me, it's quite buggy. I'm waiting for the official release on my daily driver Z10.
