    Anyone else having problems with this? If I enter in an appointment for Google calendar on my Z10 it'll show up on my Nexus 7 if I hit refresh. But if I enter an appointment into my Nexus 7 then it'll never show on my Z10 no matter how many times I sync/refresh the calendars on both devices.

    This could be a issue of what calendars and the sync time frame you have on your Z10. Also are you making these appointments on your N7 private or open?
