Or else my phone might have beaten my laptop HTML5test!

    Check out the progression here.

Good thing I'm running Chrome 38 or 39...-bb10browser.jpg

It goes from 480-490 to 500 all under 10.3. I SEE YOU BROWSER IMPROVEMENT!

Holy cow it's not even close. I'm now getting 500.

Lumia Windows Phone 8.1 - 372!!! This is from the people who bring you Internet Explorer
    LG G3 running Chrome 39 Android 5.0 - 497 - As it should be
Safari on iPad 8.1.1 - 438 - This should be higher. At least it's better than IE for now.
    BlackBerryZ10 10.3 - 500 - Yeah baby!

HTML5test - How well does your browser support HTML5?

Oh snap - "LG Browser 7.00" on WebOS TV is up to a 477 on there. Nice!

HTML5 score doesn't really matters. What matters is how fast can the browser process Javascript :P. Check this out: http://peacekeeper.futuremark.com

Eh, plenty of websites are server side these days. PHP for instance.

BlackBerry browser could use native Webm support. I don't know if Webm or VP8 count in the scoring.

Javascript is a must for HTML5 User Interface building. Most fancy animations were built with Javascript.

Nope, they don't count because codecs aren't part of HTML5 standard

Brendan Eich should be shackled and flogged for his horrid invention, but that is just my opinion. I use as little Javascript as possible.

AVPlayer will do Webm and a lot of other codecs. It is BlackBerry native. I've given up on the Android version of VLC.
