I've seen some folks mention issues with text messaging with 1725, but not the exact problem I'm experiencing:

When I turn on my Z10 every morning, I do not receive any text messages that were sent to me while the phone was off.
I'm on Verizon, and in my online account/messaging details, I can see time and phone # that SMS was sent (during night while phone off), but the my Z10 does not retrieve them (and I cannot view the actual text message content in the online account).

I do receive all e-mails (to all accounts) that were sent while phone off; it is only SMS that is affected.

Anyone else have this problem, or a suggested fix?

to get dark theme contacts just go into contacts swipe down in the settings menu of contacts just change the theme color on the top from ligth to dark it should be there in 10.2.0.1725

i installed 10-2.1725 and on the escreen the verizon tether option to turn off was grayed out then i installed the escreen from 10.2.32 thats all over the forum and now the entire general radio menu is almost gone only 3 options apear in the general radio so no RDNIS menu to cha nge at all anyone else having this on verizon q10

Well my tinkering with my contact didn't fix my texting problem. And I never actually turn my phone off - so I'm afraid I can't help you with yours.

Think I'm going to roll it back this week.

A carrier with good 3G coverage makes a lot of difference for battery life. Same goes for good Radio software. I think that the radio makes a lot of difference to power consumption.

In an area with good 3G coverage my phone idles happily at 0.0w. Also at home or office on wifi.

I must say though that both my Q10 and Z10 signal is irratic it goess up and down quite a bit.

By the way the Z30 has a self adjusting radio which is pretty cool.
