The people that should be reasonably pissed are passport, classic and leap users. Z10,Z30,Q5,Q10 had a good run.

The Z10 and Z30 are old devices. As a former Z30 owner (the Z10 even older), I'm not pissed. It was slow / sluggish and in need of a refresh.

As long as there are die hard fans no matter what blackberry will do BB10 will live in some form or another, just look at LuneOS the WebOS for the nexus.

I liked Blackberry for the older BBOS's and for BB10. When they killed BB10, they killed my like of Blackberry. I don't need their enterprise software, it was never made for me so i have no concern for it. But I really enjoyed BB10 and still do but i know i am eventually going to have to upgrade and it won't be to anything current in Blackberry's line up of Android phones.
So i get why people who used to like Blackberry are pissed with them, because i'm one of them. I saw the potential with BB10. But i also understand why they killed it, no one was buying it and they are in survival mode. But when they decided to switch gears they lost a lot of people like me.

The CB forums of late, have become a negative space. I get the frustrations, BlackBerry 10 going into 'maintenance mode' or bb10 is dead' along with slamming the company is a lot of what I read on here these days.

There just a lot of us frustrated with BB, we have stuck with them for a long time and spent a lot of money on new devices. But they have to do what's good for them and unfortunately it's not going to work for us. I love BB10 and wish they could have marketed it better than what they did and make the devices, other than the passport just a bit better. For myself BB10 was the best platform going, I don't care about the apps, half of them are junk anyways it just a way for some people to make a bit of cash on the side, no disrespect to the good developers, you know who you are. Also Crackberry being BB no 1 it's not hard to see why people are getting frustrated. All the negativity about BB10 biting the dust is just as bad as everyone that says the priv is the best phone going., it's not in my opinion for what they want us to pay for it, and running a slow sluggish android os, and the build quality to me is not as we have seen in the past from BB.

I would've love to see the BlackBerry Passport on stores websites as I can see the BlackBerry Priv. But I can tell you that some online stores from Romania are selling the BlackBerry Passport SE in a larger number since Priv came out. ). That's just my opinion, I don't have any statistics.

I'm in love with this OS.

It's very very fast compared to Android.
People prefer Android only for Apps.
As all the App developers are busy with android.

Same. But there comes a point where you wave the white flag. I agree with your other points and quite liked BlackBerry 10. But it wasn't keeping the company alive.

And no matter how much the Armchair CEOs provide all the answers to save the day, I doubt any of them have ever been tasked with handling a turnaround like BlackBerry or defeating combined players like Apple and Google, despite all their gum flapping about what Chen is or isn't doing right.

I did wag the flag and surrendered to iPhone. Until I know what BB will stick with for sure or until they get out of the handset business, cause I'm no time spending anymore money on a losing proposition.
