    Current BlackBerry allows for developers to install the Developer OS' which are fairly limited, compared to a consumer release.

    BlackBerry should take this platform, and create a Development Track update release. BlackBerry 10 users would register their pin for the development track, and could opt to receive a full developer OS w/o consumer apps being limited.

    BlackBerry did that with the PlayBook and pretty much everyone registered. I think they aren't doing it with BB10 because they don't want those fill OSes out.
