It is just idea for BlackBerry. Apps which you are using most frequently should be visible on screen number one. Something like fast lane to your apps. If you are using spotify most often it should on the top of the list, system should check and recognize which icons you are clicking most often and set priority acces to them. It will be something natural for all users that all favourite apps are on beginning of the list( first screen). I think it is not a big issue for programmes?

    What do you think?

You have a good point like on BBOS.
What you should do is organize your first page with your most used apps. I wouldn't want this feature since I set it up the way I want it and I'm used to the layout, don't want BlackBerry to reorganize it for me.

Do it yourself on the first screen... I did it too... here's a screenshot.
You can also move apps that rely together like Webshortcuts etc in folders, and put the folders in 2nd screen.
In the folders, you are limited: per folder, only number of "visible" icons... in the Q: 12 icons/shortcuts/Apps per folder.
Soon, in 10.3 we will get unlimited Apps per folder so that you have not to name "Games1" "Games2"... euh... "Productivity1/2"... ;-)
Here 2 screenshots of my most used Apps (screen1) and Folder page (screen2):
