Many have asked, but I don't think BB10 supports any of the "free" ones. Unless someone has found something new. Most of those are app based that won't work, or they use a standard that BB10 never implemented.

PureVPN was one of the more popular options...

I couldn't find any free ones and opted for a months trial with vpn45. After a few days testing and finding my bt emails not working with the Vpn on I then have decided to try nordvpn for a month also. This now allows all my emails and connects no problems on my awesome passport ;-)

Free VPN services are at best only marginally better than nothing, and at worst a serious liability.

ProtonVPN has a free VPN service and they also support IKEv2.

if the proton setup works for BB10 that would be the best one to use. They are not ad supported as most of the 'free' ones are which have to scrape user info for ad placement so its not really private anyway.

You have to setup the account inside your BlackBerry browser (don't use your desktop or laptop computer).

I've using hide.me without problems, the only caveat I have is that my isp doesn't allow me to connect with wifi, mobile network does.

If you are technical, you can setup your own, using a Raspberry Pi, connected to your home router.

    Mine works a treat.

How do you do this? I've tried and still have no clue what you mean.

I created an account on their website and have everything entered as they showed on the instructional video.. but beyond that, no clue on the settings or how to configure through the browser to make it work.

    Help!

Hope the screen grab help you, try first with your cellphone carrier, then test with WIFI, you should have a key icon at the top right, just before the Blackberry symbol.

I tried using your above settings but it still won't connect and gets to time out.

Should I be using the same server as you? I'm in California.
