... by the time I see the any of the leaked OS threads there are a thousand "downloading" posts.

To the point... I use a few sideloaded apps and with 10.2.0.1047 many of these apps the notification sounds do not work. NAVER LINE being one of them. The app works great, but I don't get the notification sounds.

Plus the native Contacts app has some issue. It sort of "locks up" on occasion and doesn't show all my contacts. Closing it and opening again usually solves this quickly. Still a PITA.

So my question is... What's the best 10.2 OS that solves these issues?

i just load the latest leak. Its generally going to work the best. 1371 should be the latest

What phone u use? There is a new leak 10.2.0.1371 it very stable you can try it

Eh... Should have mentioned in the OP!

My phone is the STL100-4.

Just downloaded .1371, but have yet to install. Thought I would ask this question first.
