    As asked previously, did you just install the .700 android runtime? This did not work for me on my Z10 and I am using the Flex as well! I would love proper sync to see updated numbers! Have tried multiple times to install the .700 runtime and still no success!

    What is your base OS?

    hm thats the issue...my base OS is .296...gahhhh so annoying I want this to work but the .700 OS for me was not functional enough (no alarm, along with other issues I noticed).

    New update on snap has broken my bluetooth connection is think. Beware you may not want to update the FitBit app. Its been under maintenance since last night???

    I was actually able to update my Fitbit One firmware using the Fitbit app ver. 1.9.6. When I went selected my device from the menu there was a big button that said Update Available. I thought it was for the Fitbit app but was surprised to see it was for the actual device. I am glad this is finally working.

    My android fitbit app had a update this morning on my Moto X and checked on the Q10 via Snap and the update was there. Adds a new UI layout.
