Share findings and fixes (both people in beta testing, and people who upgraded from 10.3.2.500 using the files shared)

And the ones who refuse to do so will be the first to whine if the Beta OS Program is discontinued !!!

I wonder how significant it is that the latest Beta build was leaked on Crackberry by a Forum Moderator?

Why does it matter who leaks it as long as they do for the rest of us to enjoy.

Because when the first 10.3.2. was leaked the Mods were all over the forum deleting links and threads, until "all of a sudden" they received some sort of word from someone and the links were allowed to remain. I'm just hypothesizing that perhaps this leak has been sanctioned by, oh I dunno, someone "close" to Waterloo, Ontario... Of course I'm probably way wrong here...

OS Block list for this is... OS 0.0.0.0 to 10.3.2.658

Looks like there's no going back. Not to 10.3.2.500, not to 10.2.2 either.

because 500 is less than 658?

It's just what the list says.

So if I'm lucky enough to be a beta tester, I can't go back to a previous build if the newest build has some big bugs?

Yup , and that's why they call it BETA
I'm pretty sure the blacklisting thing is just to keep a lot of people away from loading unofficial OS

Ok, but what if something happens to your phone. You can never downgrade

I know what BETA means, I'm not stupid. I also know that you should be aware there can be bugs, but also knowing that you can't go back to a previous build is not a satisfying feeling

Yea it's called BETA, but what if when you update the phone it becomes unusable? How are you suppose to make the phone useful again?

And that's the reason why there is a beta program....
If such things happen, bbry will find a fix (for every one in the program)

The only reason why you can't go back is because they don't want everybody to load leaks....

Yes I understand That. But let say I only have one phone and I'm in the program and I update but the phone is dropping calls, losing data connection and all. How long do I have to wait for BlackBerry to find a fix and get it to me? In the mean time I don't have a spare and a messed up phone if I cant' downgrade

Exactly. Or what if there's a problem with data and/or wifi? Then 99% of the phone becomes unusable

Well, it would be (stupid) sorry for the bad word , to load a BETA os on a daily driver...
BETA os should only be loaded when you have spare devices (at least one).

So there really is no reason to be mad about it...
I know, it's much more nice if you can load every os that you want, but that's not the point of beta..

There may be a means for official beta testers to downgrade (BlackBerry can probably craft a flasher that removes the blocklist) but if you're loading leaks forget it.

What this means is that if you load this before there's an autoloader available for your device and something goes wrong you're irretrievably screwed until and unless that autoloader shows up.

    Be careful.
