Finding contacts/friends with BBM missing in 10.3.1?

Anyone know where this feature went? I used to have it in 10.2 where I would be able to instantly invite and add someone I knew who had BBM on their phones from my contact list. Now all I get is an option to email 400+ contacts to download BBM..a great way to annoy all your friends. Anyone still see it or have this option in their phones?

What you see when you open your BBM under invites is what you got.

That's definitely not the case as I had 20+ people that I know have BBM that I did not request to add until 10.3
