    Did you name it after recording?
    It probably didn't get saved.

    Edit: You can also go to file manager and check voice notes under devices or media card. It should be there.

    Did you tap 'done' after recording?
    Just tested. After recording, the voice note is located in file manager > device > voice .

    Actually I can't answer the question, sorry.

    But I can report I found surprisingly my recordings some day when I searched all MP3 files. And this was still interesting: these recordings belonged to Rember entries I had deleted long ago. This means: Remember's audio recordings stay alive when you delete the Remember entry. These liches could be one of the reasons for getting a bigger and bigger file system.
