    I have a Z10 on Telus and I have my phone connected to my computer to update the os. It keeps saying fatal error when I try to install the os. I'm using blackberry link.

    Any suggestions?

    Yes, use Sachesi to locate your carrier's update, download and install to your device.

    I hate to say it, but Link is VERY unreliable.
