In my opinion, dev look like if BlackBerry didn't develop its own os (when the last time SDK update?) Why should we care about BlackBerry 10 ..

What's the point of having a Facebook app is it just opens the browser?! Isn't that just a short cut?!

Set up Facebook to email all notifications. Then you will at least see them in the HUB, and be able to open Facebook from there.
    Brilliant! Someone is thinking.

FYI, F5 for Facebook is quite a decent replacement. Small app size & quick load of features. Only HUB integration missing. May give it a try!

No Facebook contact, no hub integration...just a short cut.. still BlackBerry is claiming a product of BlackBerry Ltd in BBW..shame on you BlackBerry.

I'd that's not telling of BB10's direction then I don't know what is.

    Z10 10.3.2.2639 via CB10
And what would that direction be?
This has nothing to do with BlackBerry's lack of effort. This is Facbooks work. They also cancelled WhatsApp for BlackBErry and you know why?
We can actually set our privacy settings, other OS's can't and they (FaceBook) don't like that seeing they live of your personal data.
Stoppedusing Facebook over 1.5 year ago, never regretted it.

This reminds me of how it all started with WebOs and Pre 3 , well there is always a way around like setting all notifications to an email thus coming to HUB but still not perfect.

Yup, iOS can set them, and Android with 6.0

Now, I actually agree that they might not be able to data mine. And want to, but I think at this point they get enough data Willi fly given over.

And for every person who doesn't grant them permissions there is a friend who doesn't care.

Why do you think they push to add friends so much?

Took 20min but my calendar items have appeared again.. maybe not *complete * disaster but still a sad sad day. In my day job we support legacy dbs/os/hw all the time, if only our life was so simple we could just pull the plug whenever. Completely ridiculous.

Thanks for your years of support but please.. Leave now.

I can't believe FACEBOOK USED CENSORSHIP, no, it's not BlackBerry's fault. Blame zuckerberg from keeping the API from anyone BUT android and iOS users. That zuckhead is so greedy and shouldn't act like he runs BlackBerry or any other smartphone maker. What a dicky.
