Is it possible for a developper to implement a facebook share composant like youtube share on bb10. Youtube app on bb10 is a samble url shortcut but we have youtubeshare. Same for facebook will be fine.

Youtube upload on BB10 has some level of OS integration. I guess technically someone could make an app that only lets you share to Facebook if they have an API for it.
There used to be an app called Polarbear that allowed you to do this but I think the developer discontinued support for it.
