Seems FB has now reclassified the BB10 browser into a low format/graphics category.

Rest of my family uses Apple OS and their's hasn't changed.

I use Chrome on my KEYᵒⁿᵉ to access Facebook, and when I went to FB a few minutes ago I thought something was wrong with Chrome. It looks like crap. I think it's FB way of forcing browser users to get the app. I refuse.

That worked great thanks! My other alternative was to open in the private browser with m.facebook.com but then I have to log in each time.

I don't have Facebook, but my mum reported to me earlier today (when she mentioned she also ran into this problem) that it works fine in Browsie Browser.

I have been using KeyBoard Browser and it looks bad. Before it began to look bad, I noticed clicking on "View Full Size" on an image would result it, "Connection Error." Chrome is the same. I tried Firefox, which was just updated, and it looks good, a little different than before, but still graphically pleasing, just slightly enhanced.

I believe they made a change that Webview is not fully compatible with. I have a feeling an update will come soon that will fix it.

I switched on the desktop mode in BB10 browser and it went back to the good old mobile format.

*** with a caveat: the "back" arrow does not seem to work correctly, as well as a few other annoyances. Opened facebook, went to notifications page, tapped a new notification and went to that post. Notification did not clear. Used back arrow, returned to notifications page, but could not go back any more. Tap back arrow again, disappears, but I'm still at notifications.

So it's not a perfect solution. I would consider using desktop mode instead but I visit other sites that I would much prefer load the mobile version rather than the desktop. Ideas?

Install Browsie Browser and set the user agent to Android or iPhone in the app settings. Now go to Facebook and log in. Problem solved.

Yes, it works when klicking on the above URL touch.facebook.com- BUT only for one or few applications. Then it changes again to the new -bad- format. How to fix it to remain on the old one ? Tx

I'm not a heavy facebook user so I don't know if at some point it reverts back on its own but x.facebook.com seems to work for me. I had previously been using m.facebook.com as a shortcut and it remembers my login and everything just the same.

Thanks, but trying to stick with BB-provided browser as I feel safer with that than with any 3rd party. Browsie may be 100% fine, not trashing them, it's just a personal preference.

Dunno about the rest of you but on my PPSE the only way I'm getting good functionality is to go ahead and use desktop mode. Using touch.facebook, x.facebook - either one - I lose my "back" arrow after I go into a post's comments. I can back out one time, then it disappears, before I can get back to my timeline.
