Hi all I have a new BlackBerry z30 which is great gave downloaded snap and Amazon app store and the Facebook app from snap. It keeps closing when I'm in the middle of typing or uploading so annoying. I use facebook a lot during the day so it's important to have a decent app for it and the BlackBerry one is ridiculously basic you can't even add a photo comment or see photo comments from other people.

Is this something that happens a lot with android apps and does anyone know if it will be fixed with 10.3 or know of any way to rectify the issue?

its shouldn't be closing that often at all. Have you uninstalled and installed it again. Its been getting updates almost every couple days lately as well

I ended up just removing it as it was driving me mad I've just been using the mobile web version for now. Seriously wish the BlackBerry official app would be updated

the BlackBerry one is ridiculously basic you can't even add a photo comment or see photo comments from other people.

But you can... just tap the lower right corner when the photo is displayed.

Oh no I don't mean add a comment to a photo I mean add a photo to comments

For example the camera icon. This is on the Web version but this feature is standard in android and ios versions. You can't even see the comment pictures on the BlackBerry App
