    Has anyone tried entering numbers into their phone when the "press 1 for..." comes up? I tried calling Lenovo today and when I pressed the "2" it didn't do anything, the call just kept going. It isn't the system because after 3 failed attempts I tried my home phone and it worked with no problems.

    Anyone else experience this? If someone wants to try the number I could post it and see if they experience the same issue?

    I'm using Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1791 on rogers.

    idk. In voice mail it says:
    "please choose an option and then press pound." Usually, if you wait long enough, it should choose the number you put, but pressing pound speeds things up for me and works.

    I call directories all the time and on my Q10 when the prompt ask I can use the # pad on the keyboard, or the #'s on the touch screen.
    Even #'s that I constantly call that require you to enter numbers to get through, I have the *pause set up
    (123) 456-7890*111. Works for me all three ways.

    That's the number, it prompts you to press a number. I tried pressing 3 and it keeps talking. Maybe it's the combination of their call system and bb10. Idk

    Didn't have to click pound on my home phone or the s2 I tried it with.

    Weird. Voicemail works fine for me though.

    Just curious when you press the digit does it make a audible tone so that the system on the other end can register the sound.

    Or is there no sound when you press a key when prompted by the automated system?

    It does make a sound so you can navigate through automated systems.
