    Just tried this yesterday since this still worked for me in 10.2.0.429. Now I cannot enter the Advanced Help Screen on my Z30. Anyone have this issue?

    working fine... start your browser... as address type: escreen:// and you get option to start the Diagnostic Screens...

    Do you get the advance help screen after entering the generated key? Are you on 10.2.1.1925?

    Typing that rather long hexidecimal number blindly can be a real problem in invoking the escreen. But as indicated, it still works.
