    Hi all, hope this is the correct place to post..
    The autoloaders worked fine on my old windows 8, i've upgraded my pc and laptop and when i load up the autoloader the black cmd type screen comes up but then shuts straight off..
    Any ideas anyone, Thank you in advanced..

    1.Disable UAC.
    2.Make sure the file downloaded fully. Try re-downloading again. Make sure file size matches.
    3.when installing right click and run as administrator.

    In addition, make sure Link is closed and your computer recognizes your phone (i.e. BlackBerry Device Manager is up and running).

    I had the same issue yesterday, install BB link, plug the phone in and let the drivers install. Then close bb link (it will open when you plug in your phone), and right click, run as administrator on the .exe loader
