i installed the 10.3.1.938 autoloader for stl1 and the phones boots without the setup steps at the first start ...when i connect it to PC it keep saying ( complete the setup and then try again ) plz help

Go to setting and complete setup process first before connecting with PC. I am running this OS on my Z10-stl-1 since morning, no issue at all.

but what setup even the phone took me directly to home screen without any setup screens

Check the current os...go to settings>about>
Then click "category" and click "os".
My guess is you still have the old os.

P.S. To connect to pc, start BlackBerry Device Manager on pc first, then plug in phone.

i have Softwar release 10.3.1.600 and i do started BB Device Manager on pc before plugging still the same problem

problem solved by wiping the os thanks everyone for helping

i have this issue with my stl100-1, at first start initial setup did not appear, but after a few restarts it appear and now everything its just fine.

This problem comes when u r not connected to any network through mobile data or wifi...... after installing leak....to complete the setup...

If u think that u will complete it after inserting sim n mmc and then restart,,u will not see the setup process then after restarting again...

I also have same problem. Multi sec wiped. Before autoloader install and security wiped after.

Rebooting or hard reset is not bringing the setup screen. Any other solutions will be appreciated.

what do you mean by battery pull ? a pull when the mobile is on or first switch off then pull out ?

Guy, i want to tell u that before installing the leak, u should have a working wifi or mobile data sim inserted in device while installing the leak, so that the setup process can be completed after installation ....if u think u can do this after shutting down,inserting sim n mmc and then restart...it will not ask for setup process then...n u will remain in middle...
