lol yup. Flash videos don't trigger the media player thingy.
I just turned off what I'm listening to in bbm but I find that it shouldn't show what you're listening to in the browser in the first place.. it's not intuitive.

But if you viewed the videos after turning on "Private" mode in the browser then nothing will be saved in the video app nor in the browser.

that is incorrect : the "private mode " is for the browser, if you are watching downloaded videos on your phone from the video app, when you open the app again it will show your recently open videos.

i just verified this myself.....

Cmon man stop being dense, you know vids come from all over, MMS, BBM, so on and so forth. Once you save and watch it, even in the active frame, it shows recent vids. The pictures app does it too, shows recently viewed pics too.

Yikes! How does one disable status updates?

I've noticed that Foursquare updates my BBM every time I check in to a place... not sure how I feel about that.

Foursquare notifies you that your BBM will be updated, all you had to do is turn is turn it off
