Had. 2267 with 2243 radio. Just got a 15mb radio file update. Then after restart I get a 23mb file update. It's has installed and restarted 5 times now and is still going. Not sure wtf is happening here. Anyone else having the same? Z10 stl3 on Telus.

A number of people are having issue with upgrades not getting finished... If you can I'd use LINK to download and install the FULL Update.

yesterday i have got around 350mb for my Z3, and today i have received 3mb update with a statement like"this is mandatory update",

Passport 2267/2073 radio, so far incremental update 1 of 54mb and 4x 34mb, OS still checking update again...


Edit: finally sideloaded 2268 radio and the update loop stopped.

I was running 2267 leak with 2243 radio, got a notification for 23mb radio update. I would get a notification for exact same update after each restart. Tried 3 x, then came here to see if anyone else had this happen. To stop it, I connected to link and updated through there. No more notifications. Works great!

Best advice out there:

When ever you are doing an update, always use BlackBerry link. I've been doing it for every update I've had and everything always goes smoothly.

Friends of mine have learnt the hear way. Downloading an update and at 99% if fails, so you need to start downloading again but all that stuff you downloaded is still taking up space on your device. So very quickly your device becomes full. Which means.... wiping time and starting again.
