Some ISPs have blocked port 25 that is generally the POP default - and a favorite for spam and virus. Might see if you can change the port on the server and your device.
Could also check you router/modem/firewall..... depending on what you are using.

Only when it’s you specifically. We’ve gone easier on the others since, well, it’s not you..... seriously though, I’m really amazed with all the DDD knowledge at the fingertips....... I don’t think DDD has actively used BB devices for a few years.

The port 25 fix that DDD suggested is for any email client. Unfortunately BB10 ecosystem has enough legitimate issues, we don’t need to create more. DDD is very knowledgeable and helpful, me, not so much since I’m just a business guy.
