    Hi!

    Hoping someone knows what's going on!

    Everyday around the same time I have to re-enter my password in my account settings so that the emails that have come in will actually come into my hub.

    Once I re-enter my password email works fine for the next 24 hours when I realize again I'm not getting emails and go back into account settings, enter my password and...repeat. I have my account set to push.

    I've deleted and re-entered my account several times but it happens again. My email is with Bell Sympatico and my cell is with Rogers - Canada.

    I'm on : Z10STL100-3/10.3.1.2267

    I'm so frustrated - the immediate email is one of the reasons I went with BlackBerry and now not having it is very annoying since by the time I remember to re-input my password I've missed several emails. One was a work staffing issue that I needed resolved ASAP and by the time I got it I was unable to do anything and now have to wait until tomorrow.

    Not really looking to open another account/purchase another service through Rogers just to get an email address - especially since mine is published in a large organization I belong to.

    Any other suggestions?

    My Sympatico account is using pophm.sympatico.ca and port 995 for incoming/pop server and smtphm.sympatico.ca and port 587 for the outgoing/smtp server.
    I have no issues whatsoever with these settings.

    Did you set it up as POP? Only problem with that is it only does email and not calendar and contacts too....

    The auto set up gives me the bay407-m.hotmail.com server address and the port as 443. If I try to change them it tells me I can't connect or its not correct....

    I have set it up by going to Settings/Accounts/Add Account (on the bottom)/Email, Calendar and Contacts. I had the option to include the calendar and contacts but I didn't pull them in when I set it up as I don't need them on my phone.

    Must have had a corrupt email - deleted/moved everything in my inbox 2 days ago and haven't had any issues! Very odd!!
