    My last BlackBerry was a torch 9800 and on it I was able to quickly set up my work email (a Microsoft Exchange account) without any need to contact our IT guys. Simply input the info and Boom! Up and running. Now on my Z10 when I enter the same credentials I am confronted with an error message (picture attached below) and I'm wondering if anyone could explain the cause of this to me.
