Has anyone figured a way to see drafts that were created before their phone has been setup? I have multiple draft folders on my Outlook email account that are important to have access to while away from my PC.

This has been an issue for me since I picked up the Q10 on day one in the US, and I still haven't remedied the issue. Now, with the big Passport screen, I envision doing more work on my phone...but not without access to important, past emails.

    Thanks for the help.

Copy your "old" outlook draft into a newly opened outlook draft. This gives you a draft created after the phone was linked to the account. It's what I would do.

That's a smart work around. But there is no way I will do that (I do OS wipes too often). Is BlackBerry Hub really this limited? It's a simple feature.

Have you tried synchronizing your drafts folder?

I believe that you have separate folders for your drafts. As you can see in the Screenshot, you need to check the ones you want to use.

Otherwise, I would create a folder with all the draft emails.....

The other possibility is to paste them all into a document and just copy them out of it.

With 10.3.1 you can finally use OneNote for that

You can just paste all your templates into one data field, double tap it and it is copied

Otherwise you can do that with any other document program, I just use OneNote extensively

The other option you have is to send all those drafts to yourself or save them on your sd card in a folder and just access them.

When you flag messages, they are attached in remember.... if that is easier.... then you can just work with remember and seine the messages...

This is if you want to use a native way....

    Hope this helps!

    GUYS! I figured it out!

So the issue is this: I didn't have my sync time-frame set to "forever". So obviously my fault, didn't set it up correctly. But I think you need to set your timeframe before you set your sync folders. So I deleted my account and resetup my outlook account. Works now. I'm stupid. Thanks for the ideas, though.
