    I wanna email the whole chat history, chat started on April 2, 2015. When I emailed the chat history, it only emailed chats from May 1, 2015. What about the messages before May 1, 2015? Any idea about how to email the chat history with all the messages?

    Try and see if you can Copy the chat to the clipboard. Then Past it into a Word Doc and email that.

    I tried that already, but it copies only from May 1.

    Turn on save Chat History in BBM Settings. See if you then can copy the whole chat. I haven't done this myself but give it a shot.

    If you scroll up to the top of the chat conversation and then try to save it does it work?

    Have you tried a hard reboot yet? If not then press the volume up and down keys on the phone at the same time to initiate the process. That may resolve the issue following the reboot.

    Yes try a reboot. I turned on save chat History and it worked. However when I turned it on a warning came up saying to check for availability in my area because it is not available everywhere.

    Nah this problem has been present since BBM launched for BlackBerry 10 all those years ago. It has always baffled me why even with all the updates they have supposedly done for BBM, they could never (or chose to ignore) fix this bug. It's really annoying because Whatsapp can do this well. I've tried contacting them to let them about this bug but still no dice. Even until now.. bleh
