I confirm that I experience it as well. Not as bad but it is a mere reason of luck that I get less mails with that formatting. It seriously is an issue!
I have twitted M Clewley and BlackBerry help. I guess that with BlackBerry live they will not get to look at it anytime soon but if and when they answer I will update here.
Thanks

Hi,
This is occasionally a problem for me on my Q10, but not using outlook (or 365?) accounts. I usually see it when people respond from gmail webclient or iOS devices as you said. However if people respond from their mobile devices from something like gmail (you can tell because of autosignatures sometimes) there is no indent that happens, its only if someone is actually on gmail.com and replying to a message. Is you office 365 account being accessed by the Outlook program on windows? Based on a quick google search it seems a lot of people have this same problem with the actual program and not the Office 365 account. Looks like you can disable the indent by doing File > Help > Options > Mail and then there should be a dropdown menu to stop the program from indenting emails. I'm kind of interested to find out if this is the problem... Found this screenshot of the settings though:

Hopefully that's the problem and its just a matter or changing your outlook settings.

I have seen this on my Z10 but it does not happen to all emails that have multiple replies and forwards, only some of them. I haven't spent a lot of time trying to figure out when it happens and when it doesn't. It really is a pain when I see it though. I have several email accounts on my Z10 so I will try to do some testing between them.

Yes, unfortunately that solution will only work on mails I respond to for my part of the mail. I would need to ask all people that send me mails to do the same for this to be effective which is not really viable.

I know this thread is now pretty old...However I am considering the new Blackberry Classic but if this issue is still around then I may reconsider....has this been corrected at all in subsequent BB10 releases?
