    They come out with these apps all the time yet, I've never seen anyone actually say they used it or have ever successfully pulled info from any of the platforms they claim to support. Well, outside of them that is. As far as I'm concerned, it's snake oil.

    I downloaded their evaluation software and try to decrypt my own .bbb backup but the program shows "Unknown backup type".
