i am having a problem on my q10 where when i add a brand new contact it always says "update existing or add new" when i have NEVER put this person's number in my phone.

also, when i try to compose msgs or whatever, and type the person's name, 2 contacts come up for the same name, and one is blank with no info while the other has a phone number. when i go into contacts to delete the extra it is not there, it's a ghost contact..

how to fix this?

Hello !

It's likely that you have an application syncing contacts from it (Facebook, Twitter, etc). If this is the case, simply go on the app's settings and change Contact Sync to "off". If this is not the case, I am unsure...
