A thread was started in the Passport forum, but it seems the issue is not limited to just the Passport. I have the same issue on my Z30.

Dropbox is currently not available to us through the BB10 File Manager, or by clicking "View Files" in the Dropbox Connector utility (just get a blank screen). Access through the Dropbox web site using the BB10 browser still works.
This just started for me yesterday. It was working fine up until then

If you respond, PLEASE include phone model, OS version, and Carrier along with working or not working in order to make the responses more useful.

OneDrive and Box still working fine.

Hope this can get resolved quickly.

Interesting. Guess we can rule out 1949 as the cause, since it is working for some and not others on that build. Also does not seem to be a particular phone model either.

What if you reset the permissions through a browser? Maybe the authentication token has expired when you updated?

When I updated what? I didn't update anything. It just stopped working yesterday.
Some have already tried removing and re-installing the connector. That should have re-authorized. Didn't help.

I tried myself. Logged out and then re-authorized. same problem.
By the way - does not seem to be an authorization problem, because the Connector app shows as logged in and properly sync'ed. Just cant view anything.

Not working for my Passport - 10.3.0.1418 or my wife's Z30 - 10.3.0.1418. We're on T-Mobile. It was working for me until yesterday night. I hope they figure this out and get it fixed soon. I access Dropbox all the time and it's crucial for me to get my files.

Maybe a temporary flux in the system? Sounds like it's hitting people sporadically and (possibly) resolving over time.

Just checked it and it's working fine on :
Z30STA100-2/10.3.1.1949 and Passport on 10.3.1.
Both on Telkomsel, Indonesia and Wi-Fi.
Downloading and uploading synced.
