    Working here, too. FYI - I emailed Dropbox (I have a paid account). This is part of their response:

    Going to have to check out PlayCloud
    Also have a paid account with a similar response- they provided the usual links to help pages.. but also
    'Apologies for not being able to offer more tangible advice!' which made me smile.

    Working again now though so all moot.

    Guess after 2 days of prblem in my passport with this dropbox it eventually started to show all the files and folder with no changes from user end. It may hve been some prblem which is fixed now!!!!!

    Again, it's about BBOS, as Dropbox did apps for these OS, but not for BB10, BlackBerry did. And the API is opened, so no issue for the future.
    Sorry for the delay in responding - I got a second email from Dropbox. They said the issue was in the BlackBerry app and that they helped BB fix it.

    Edit: Oops. I see someone posted the answer I received via email at #180.

    I got a second email from Dropbox. They said the issue was in the BlackBerry app and that they helped BB fix it.
    That means they change their core API. Quick check and yes, there are some changes January 13th that can cause this behavior (Note: it's the day the developer docs changed, not the day the API changed).

    It's kind of odd that it kept working with PlayCloud though. Shouldn't that app had also been affected due to a change in core API?

    Well, each app can use the API as it wants. I guess the issue was with the deleted fields from the root level-path. The BlackBerry app cannot retrieves them as they are not included anymore. Educated guess though.
