    Agreed. Dropbox seems to be working everywhere EXCEPT the BB10 File Manager through Connect to Dropbox. I also have Playcloud 10 and it is working. Looks like we need a new Connect to Dropbox from BlackBerry.
    Just tried it too with my Z30 on 10.2.1.3062 connected with Wi-Fi only. Native files manager does not show Dropbox files, but again Playcloud 10 does work.

    So there's something definitely wrong with BlackBerry's "Connect to Dropbox", but it seems to be affecting only some users, not all.

    Let's hope things get fixed by this week or at least we hear something more official. Perhaps Crackberry's staff could take a look a the issue.

    I just checked and not working for me on my Z30STA100-5/10.2.1.3442 on Rogers in British Colombia. I tweeted @blackberryhelp, as the Connect to Dropbox is a BlackBerry App.

    To clarify the issue that I see: within the File Manager app no files are shown under dropbox. However the Connect to Dropbox app shows how much of my space my files are taking AND the File Manager active tile when minimised also shows how much of my Dropbox account I've used up.

    For me, since yesterday (1/10) my TMobile Z10 hasn't had access to Dropbox using Connect To Dropbox in the native file manager. The source is still listed on the side list, but clicking it produces an empty file listing. But PlayCloud etc still work fine, as does Dropbox on my PC.

    I have a z30 with sw:10.3.1.747 installed on Telus network in GTA area, not working since thread started. Tried on mobile or home WiFi, still no luck

    But play clouds able to get to Dropbox with no issue

    Box and Onedrive work fine. I tweeted @BlackBerryhelp again to tell them that I use this app for business, and they have to start acknowledging via Twitter when one of their apps (it is a BlackBerry App after all) don't work if they want to be considered the business choice.

    I find it particularly annoying when companies are silent on customer service issues, and honestly, BlackBerry is God awful at these kinds of customer relations.

    Guys... I don't understand why you are so quick to say "The app has an issue !". This app just uses an API provided by Dropbox. The first thing you should have done is check the Dropbox website.

    There is a lot of latency with the website and further issues with the service the last 2 days.

    Because if the app relies on an API that has an issue, then, by definition, the app reliant upon it has an issue.

    And if the app is a BlackBerry produced app it behoves them to respond in a timely manner with an update of service outage, perhaps via twitter or the like, and inform their customer base.

    No free pass for BlackBerry on this.

    (has been like that for 4 days niw)

    Have tried to delete and re-install, but no changes.

    I'm also using APS Office on my Z10 and Dropbox with no problems, but a teaching files in a mail from DB doesn't work at all

    Because every other avenue to Dropbox is working. If latency is the issue, then the BlackBerry implementation is handling the latency poorly. Everything else seems to be working through it. I have used Playcloud 10 seemingly without issue.
