hi even i faced the same error and resolved it later,
1) download link manager
2) ***make sure that battery of the device is completely down****
3)then connect to the system and open link
4)click reload system software,now it asks to hold power button for 10 secs and then green light comes
5)it updates and new os reloads

Please ensure that the device is properly connected to the cradle or USB cable and that the cradle or USB cable is connected securely to your computer. Also ensure that the device has completed any startup operations. Then run the Application Loader Wizard again.

Link doesn't fix the error. The phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and keeps saying there are no device updates...Any other suggestions???????

Theoretically, but it doesn't. See my previous post. Keeps saying, No device software to update.

Be precise on the error and tell us if the led is blinking when you start the phone and what is the color. Keep calm, your Z30 is Ok.

If you interrupted the security wipe, just plug your phone to the wall and restart it. Wipe will continue. It can take the night if you had a lot of data

If wipe gets interrupted too many times, or if your battery gets low, and the device tries to boot, but resets because of low battery, more than four or five times, the failsafe wipe takes over, and completely wipes your flash. You will have to use BBLINK to reload.

Hello folks. I wish to report that I had a BB10-0015 error yesterday (I was scared when I saw it qualified as 'dreaded'. Happily I was able to fix it using Link. I now have OS 10.2.1.3062 successfully installed. BTW, my problems started when I responded to an update notification about 2 days earlier...

Hi Dave,
I think my phone suffered the same fate as you described. I had installed the leak 10.3.1.1154 via sachesi and did a Security Wipe after OS install.
Now at boot, the Blackberry logo appears, and then immediately the error BlackBerry 10 OS error codes - US.
I tried reloading via link, it gets stuck at a pop up where it says to Reset the device. When I try to reset it doesn't power off, but restarts with the same issue as above.
I tried autoloader also. In this case too, the device restarts again and again and the message Resetting Device keeps appearing.
Now I am at a loss as to what to do. Any advice?

Plug phone to LINK and click RELOAD on settings screen. The OS will be reloaded and phone reset to factory settings. This solution works for me.

This is my issue as well. Nothing is recognizing my device as being connected.
Unfortunately my BB Q10 powered off mid-security wipe and came back on with /bb10-0015
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Have tried using BB Link (Doesnt see my device as connected) and an auto loader in the RIM folder .

This happened to me a week ago. I was doing a security wipe and device stopped before it completed. I could not use BB link or Sacchesi because they would not see my Z30.after researching the error I finally used an auto loader for my device. What worked for me was to connect my device making sure link and blend not running.then run the auto loader at the same time I pushed down on the power button on top of z30 blinking light went from red to green and device loaded up with OS.my phone has worked fine ever since.

open bb link>>>preference >>>reload device software >>>>>reload>>>>wait for blackberry software updater >>>>follow the pop up message it will say restart your device>>>now connect your phone without battery>>>>wait for update message>>>update

I couldn't connect the device to my computer to install new system software. tried several micro-USB cables. Finally found the original Blackberry cable and it worked!!

this wont work for me, bb link wont see my phone with bb10-0015 error i did every thing both vol up and down and power bott pussed at the same time..no luck still the same error...bblink wont see my z10. any other tps? like smashing it with a hammer...sorry realy start hating bb
