Now everything is slower than before. Picture taking, text navigating, pretty much everything seems to be in slow motion. What am i doing wrong ? Thanks.

Try a few hard resets like jaydee suggested first, by holding the volume up and down buttons untill you see the blue loading circle, also after an os update it might take 3-4 days befroe your phone settles in as there is a lot going on in the back ground,

Don't worry about reboots or resets. Your phone has to reindex everything and will finish in a day or two. If you look at the Application Monitor under CPU, you will see System taking a lot of resources, 50-60 percent or so. That will go down to 3-8 percent normally after a couple of days. Rebooting constantly will only slow down the process. Reboot only if completely necessary, say if an Android app hangs and renders the phone inoperable.

My phone did exactly what yours did, and if you search you will see it is very common. The phone will be slow and it will eat your battery. That will stop in a couple of days.

I'll hit a text message and it will take 5 seconds to view and then hit send some time and it goes blank and only shows it's been sent seconds later. It's like i'm on DSL or something.... It's been 4 days now.

CPU says 29% for system at the moment. Will that lower ? It also keeps bouncing from 6% -22% and back and forth....

29% is better than what mine was in the beginning. Yes, it should lower. If it isn't better in a few days then you may have an issue, but I doubt it. Mine is very fast now. Now you can do a hard restart and it should help if you are having issues, if you do it in the first day or so while it is reindexing it is really pointless.

    1-Shut down phone
    2-pull battery
    3-wait 5 minutes
    4-reinstall battery
5-let phone fully start (3-4 minutes)
6-if that doesn't work you may need to reinstall os IN AIRPLANE MODE so you don't get an incoming message and mess up the install.
