    Hi everybody,

I need some help, ASAP. I just received an update for Whatsapp through BlackBerry World. But when I open Whatsapp it says I am running a OS that is not being supported.

I really need it for work, which starts in an hour. How can I downgrade guys?

    Thanks a whole lot guys!

    BTW I am running .296

Maybe you can try the one from Blackberry Beta Zone?

If you tired the app world whatsapp and the beta zone one, and they both say that, the only thing you can do is downgrade your OS to an official OS

As lawguyman already stated, you could try the Android version via Snap.

BTW I'm running .700 and there is no such warning when starting the current WhatsApp version from BBW or Beta Zone.

Just updated my Whatsapp, running 10.2.1.2977 and everything works fine no problems.

Your best bet would be either to use bbm or another IM service until you sort it out. I always stick to an official OS simply because of things like this. Always need my BlackBerry to be in optimal performance

Not an issue on my part.
I got mine from beta zone.
Works NOT like a charm. But expected since it came from Beta.

Surely the official from BlackBerry Appworld should work better.

Why dont you uninstall the whatsapp and download it from some file sharing site (any previous version) ?
Last hope would be uninstalling BB Whatsapp and installing android whatsapp!
I know you will have to setup your whatsapp fresh, but thats better than loading a whole new OS?

We reported a crash error in beta zone a month ago
Whatsapp was so stuck up and insisted it was a leak issue.
Several other users on carrier OS's reported the same crash problem...
But Whatsapp decided not to fix it, and just blocked 10.3 users...... hmmmmmmm
No wonder they're loosing customers to iMessage, Line, Viber, BBM, etc
