As additional information, we was in contact with german BlackBerry technicians and with Key account manager. They got all our information and also the information about the work around we found. But I got never a response other than 'Thank you we will look into it'.

Are you using a POP account? I had this problem only in POP account. Now I use active sync and Imap only and in those two setups, if you change the setting as the post right above this one indicates, you should have no problem at all.

Just bumping this to see if anyone has an update??

I am on the road and trying to be super careful roaming... went for dinner, was at 2% of cap, came back @ 225% of cap - just because someone had sent me a bunch of photos I didn't need to see while on the road. Will call rogers to sort the pricing issue, but they really need to fix this...

Anyone have a fix or update?

I wonder if this is still a problem in 10.2?
