Does anyone have a working version of Skype with hub notifications for my Z10?

Hello guys,
I have the latest android version of Skype installed on my Blackberry Z10 device, and it's working fine with two problems:
First, every time I open the app it asks for Google play services (I can deal with it except I believe it's connected to the second problem.
Second problem (my nightmare), I don't get any push notifications from the app, this means that I won't be able to receive messages unless the application is open.
I don't understand how it's difficult for them to handle this without Google play services, I mean a lot android applications give notifications in the Hub, so it's not a big deal I think.

Can anyone please help me with this by providing me any version of Skype or any way to make Skype pushing notification on my Z10?

Have you tried the version from Amazon App-Shop? That one has to work without any Google services.
