    So I tried opening a 2mb spreadsheet with the Docs To Go. The file kept loading but didn't open. But the interesting thing was that it kept eating crazy ram and eventually the system closed all running apps.

    Even more interesting was that I tried opening the file via the android version of Office Mobile and it was able to open the file within 7 seconds.

    Who do you want to blame for this? BlackBerry should atleast get this right. Not too good for a professional phone right?

    Automated functions, if one is badly written it could be causing this issue.

    Don't know. But the Office Mobile android app was able to open it.
