Wind Mobile Canada, just updating at the moment. Stuck at 100% for about 20 minutes, unlike the others I will wait it out and not pull the battery

Update: Only took about 24 minutes for me on 100% boot up screen. Now the hub is just taking a bit to get set up. Hopefully it clocks on soon.

Took me almost same time but both the Z10 and Q10 are serving me well. No issues. Except somehow the memory drops to the 30s but I think that is dependent on my use of the devices!

Couldn't wait any longer,so I downloaded the official MR release and installed it using sachesi.

Flawless no problems at all, all my text messages are there as well. Took about 5minutes to boot after initial install and took a little while for my network to be detected, but everything works.

Battery is still draining heavy,but I expect it to get better in a day or so. Its actually not that bad for a new install.

After two day OS is smooth,however battery drain is still high and running hot, especially after a reboot. Will continue to monitor.

Yes through sachesi. You have to download sachesi http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...taller-825409/

Then you have to know you carrier code and country code to enter into sachesi. There is a link within sachesi (a question mark next to country code) that will send you to wikipedia to find out your country and carrier codes.

Once you have that, enter into sachesi, select your phone model and click search. Hopefully the update is available for your country and carrier and you will see it displayed on the right hand side of the screen. Then click Download.

When it is finished connect your phone via USB and click on the Install tab in sachesi. Drag the folder containing all the files you just downloaded and drop it into the install screen.

Wait for the install to complete. Then the phone will reboot automatically when finished. It will take a while to reboot DO NOT PULL THE BATTERY, JUST LEAVE IT ALONE.

It will eventually boot and you are good to go. Good Luck!

You can use either piece of software to backup. I use Link, as it works for me. Sachesi can also use linl backups to restore as well. Its just a matter of preference.

If the install does not go well and you want to revert to your stock OS connect your phone via USB, lauch BB Link a choose "Reload 'Software".

Telkomsel has at least released the MR around September 3rd. 4181, the 100% screen stayed for about 5 minutes. No hitches (about the SMS)

Well the user above on singtel that recieved the MR update is using a Q10, so maybe the Z10 rollout hasn't started yet?

Someone suggested doing a reboot. Try that and see if that works.

Happy to report that my SMS are intact. Whatsapp messages weren't appearing in the hub initially, but that got resolved with a simple reboot.
