We get all releases in Malaysia the last perhaps! The recent roll out also came last to us after almost one month! It is just ridiculous. Why not have a release uniformly for the entire world!!!

Update: Only took about 24 minutes for me on 100% boot up screen. Now the hub is just taking a bit to get set up. Hopefully it clocks on soon.

What probably happened is your radio got messed up during the installation. Radio and OS revision should be one version apart.

Go to settings >About > Category > OS.

Look at your OS version and compare to Radio version...they should be one version apart. (e.g. 10.1.0.2354 OS/ 10.1.0.2355 Radio). If its not something like this that will cause your inability to make or receive calls....radio is misaligned.

Solution to try:
Connect to BBlink > Reload Software

Q10, SQN100-4, country 310 and carrier 120 gives 10.1.0.4828 without having to use an autoloader. Playing with the URLs given gives links for STL100-1, STL100-2/3 and STL100-4.

Strangely, Sprint Q10s aren't coming out until Friday, but their OS is available to download.

Q10, SQN100-4, country 310 and carrier 120 gives 10.1.0.4828 without having to use an autoloader. Playing with the URLs given gives links for STL100-1, STL100-2/3 and STL100-4.

And .4828 is a good release, for the most part, with the exception of 5Ghz WiFi support. (which seems to be flaky with all of the 10.1 MR builds)

Interestingly, someone has been claiming that .4828, in combination with the latest version of BB Link, "fixes" the SMS restore issue - ie allows restore from previously backed-up OS of SMS messages. IF that is actually true (been trying to get the person to provide more details), then this would be a great option for people who lost their SMS in a 10.1 MR update, assuming they have a recent BB Link backup.

Why is a good question, which I don't have the answer too. Its happened to many users so has to be something with the upgrading process with this build.
